Camino de la verdad. Historia, contemplación, mistagogía desde Santa Teresa de Jesús
Author: Macario Ofilada Mina
2018, 158 p.
This book is an introductory study that cannot simply be placed alongside other introductions to St. Teresa of Jesus. It intends to propose a model of interpretation that can spell out the Saint. It takes as its key concept the eternal theme of Truth in the writings of Teresa and develops it in three moments: history, contemplation and mystagogy, which are rather three notes of the same chord or three voices of the same harmonic work. The result is a philosophical study that makes clear the philosophical value of the Teresian work as love of wisdom that can be found among the great figures of the history of philosophy but with a novelty: that of going beyond the merely ontological and entering into the true metaphysics that is mystical at the same time whose key overcomes the subject-object polarity through the notion of participation, that is, it is not simply a matter of having experiences of God but that man, as Zubiri said, is an experience of God.
